At home strength training for mountain bikers!

buildSOLO is designed to help you build:

  • lean muscle

  • mobility

  • resilience

In addition, you will work to reduce imbalances produced through spending time on the bike and hunched over in front of your screen.


All you need is 2 hrs per week and:

  • 2 Dumbbells (in the 10-20# range)

  • A bench, box, chair, or cooler (something you can stand on)

  • Exercise ball

  • Resistance bands (occasionally used and not crucial to get started)

Every day is a full body workout with specific attention to developing core strength and stability. The younger cousin of buildTEAM, buildSOLO is designed for the person who holds themselves accountable but needs to know what to do when it comes to strength training. Stick with a strength plan consistently and watch your bike riding progress, your back straighten, and your smile broaden as you move through life with greater confidence!

Expectations:

Receive a pdf of 4 weeks worth of workouts with guided workout videos. Each workout lasts for 1 hr and is a recorded version of the live buildTEAM class.
