BuildTEAM is a strength class for mountain bikers. We focus on building lean muscle and overall strength in order to feel stronger on the bike, reduce chances of injury, and alleviate pain. We use dumbbells and resistance bands to strengthen your whole body with particular focus on the core and posterior chain (muscles along the back of our body). We also work to improve our explosive strength, balance, and mobility.

Class Times: Mondays and Wednesdays from 6am - 7am PST.

Necessary Equipment: 2 dumbbells, an exercise ball, and a cooler/chair/box (something to stand on)
