BE Mobile: Snack Pack Workouts


WHY: You need motivation to workout during the day! You are pinched for time, jumping from one thing to the next and don’t always have time for a full blown workout. You want to feel strong in your body when you ride. You don’t own weights and want something quick and simple.

WHO:
The busy bee, the van lifer, the minimalist, the working parent who wants to spend the majority of their free time either with their kids or riding their bike.

WHAT:
Short workouts (6-20 minutes) that can be completed anywhere from your home office, living room, van, or campground. 8 total workouts included: 3 Strength, 3 core, and 2 endurance workouts. You can mix and match the workouts to complete 1, or multiple during any given day. Progressions included for all workouts! This plan could last you 1-3 months.

Expectations: Expect to feel stronger in your body and on the bike!


Equipment:
Your body and a set of long resistance bands. A Pull up bar is optional but not necessary.
